The AUSPRINT is a thermal label printer which means in utilises heat to print, you will never have to buy any extra ink or toner to use with the printer. This will save you hundreds in the long term.
Money and time.
With labels at under 5 cents each, having ready to go self-adhesive labels which don’t require ink means that your business can operate more cost effectively and efficiently at all times.
300DPI Print Head
The AUSPRINT PRO Prints labels with the finest details to ensure fonts and barcodes are readable and scannable all of the time.
Vs. 203DPI?
While other printers utilise a 203DPI print head, ensuring you have a 300DPI thermal printer means you will never run into any issues with scanning or reading labels.
Print anything from logo stickers to thank you notes on any size labels between 40mm and 110mm wide with an unlimited length
Stickers and QR codes
Need to label your products with UPC codes or barcodes for identification purposes? The AUSPRINT can print on any sized labels from any direct thermal label suppliers.
What is the difference between Ausprint and Ausprint Pro?
The difference between the Ausprint and Ausprint Pro all comes down to the most important component of any thermal printer, the thermal print head.
On the regular Ausprint, we have opted to use a high-quality 203DPI thermal print head, this provides an industry standard print result and is usually sufficient for most applications including printing shipping labels, address labels and stickers.
On the Ausprint Pro however, we have upped the ante with a commercial-grade 300DPI thermal print head. This not only provides you with up to 50% clearer print results, it also helps make the printer more reliable in day to day applications.
For example, we would highly recommend the Ausprint Pro to anyone who plans on printing small and intricate QR codes and Barcodes as scan-ability is guaranteed, whereas with the regular variant this could pose an issue.
Similarly, if you plan on using your thermal printer with Australia Post MyPost Business, the Ausprint Pro is STRONGLY recommended as the vertical barcodes on these labels are sometimes difficult to scan at the local post office if not clear enough.
Can I use the Ausprint and Ausprint Pro via Bluetooth?
The Ausprint and Ausprint Pro are bluetooth and/or wifi compatible if purchased in this variation, the USB-only variations are obviously not bluetooth/wifi compatible.
Both Ausprint models are compatible with bluetooth/wifi on MacOS, Windows, iOS and Android devices, this includes most computer, phones and tablets. Via Bluetooth, the printers can be used wirelessly using exclusively the AUSPRINT App whereas via WiFi the printers can be used with your native computer software without requiring labels to be uploaded to the app. (Windows / MacOS only)
If using a USB Variant, the USB cable can also be disconnected when the printer is not in use and reconnected when required again, your computer will recognise it automatically.
Will the Ausprint work with my...?
Short Answer - Yes, but keep reading. The Ausprint and Ausprint Pro work and install just like a regular printer, this means that you can send any print job to them and they will happily oblige.
If you're wondering whether the Ausprint will work with any specific application you may be using such as Microsoft Word, Pages, Shopify, Australia Post, Sendle or anything in between, the answer will almost always be 'yes'. If in doubt, you can ask us for advice via email or live chat.
One important thing to be weary of is the difference between the Ausprint and Ausprint Pro in regards to 'DPI' or 'Print Resolution', therefore we recommend you read the 'What is the difference between Ausprint and Ausprint Pro?' tab before making a purchase decision.
Does the Ausprint print in colour?
No, the AUSPRINT is a thermal printer which means it will only print in monochrome. Having said that, the AUSPRINT is compatible with already coloured thermal labels, as well as pre-printed thermal labels such as the 'Express Post' ones we offer for sale on our 'Shop' page
What makes It better than any other thermal printer?
If you're not convinced yet, you'll have to buy one and see for yourself:)

Machine working very good. I’m very happy with it.
I was surpised with how easy the ausprint was to intergrate into my business, it wokrs wellfor mypost business which is what i use mostly so quite happy with it.
I just used this printer for the first time and have to say it was a pleasure. I appreciated the set-up communication from the delivery confirmation emails so when it arrived, I was prepared for the setup. Very easy good product, thank you.
The actual printer is great, though it can be confusing to set up if you’re not familiar with it. The customer service could be better. I contacted AusPrint via their chat function with a question regarding printing issues and haven’t received any response at all.
printer appears to work fine which is good for the labels we need to print (100x200mm). its disappointing that it does not include a label holder by default. it makes it awkward to use unless you purchase this seperatly either from them or elsewhere. Its a item that should be included as standard to make life easier for all who use this printer.
Once I got it set up correctly and purchased the stand for the rolls of labels it worked like a charm! I found when you didn't have the stand the labels just would not align which was a little frustrating to start with. So if you are thinking about purchasing ensure you get the stand for the labels too!
This machine is a game changer. Forget the other brands and stop looking... this is it!
I've tried 4 of the top competitor brands before discovering AusPrint and it has not let me down in 2 years after several hundred thousand prints. This is our 2nd machine due to our warehouse expanding our 3PL service. No errors, no arguments with the printer, no downtime, high quality print & label.
Terrific. Its changed how I prepare and send my parcels. My little time saver of convenience. Patting myself on the back for investing in this printer😇
If a order comes in without a label holder contact the purchaser
and let them know to add a holder to the order , I was not very happy when it turned up without one and to have ordered one and delayed using it .And extra posting costs
I love the Ausprint printer. It was fairly easy to set up and it has wifi which I love! No more having to take my laptop to the printer to make it print. The print quality is great too which is an improvement on what I had.

Fredrick is quite a handsome name indeed!
Thank you for your kind words.
Purchased the printer to print picture job labels for a large panel shop, to put on parts orders to correspond with the cars we are repairing, mostly for assisting with easy job parts identification, and to save on the $800+ per year ink bill, pretty easy to install and use, was up and running within 10 minutes and has already printed out nearly a thousand labels in the last 2 weeks, was a bit skeptical if it would print a decent picture to allow quick identification, but it has been fine and is quite acceptable in black and white.
Have just ordered another 7200 labels to hopefully last us to the end of the year😁
Great printer - easy straightforward set-up using the video on the website. No more expensive ink purchases!
And by setting up 1 label to a page I don't have to waist paper whenever theres not a multiple of four to print.
The printer works well, I am very happy and can’t fault it at all.
However your postage turn around is pretty ordinary, with no stock availability.
I am also waiting on my order of labels to be shipped out and I never received the free stuff that was supposed to come with the printer.
I’m new at using Ausprint
Still trying to work out how to print the labels I am not understanding the size to print and how to import my design on the label I am waiting on a friend to help me understand how it all works
Worked first time of the bad. Impressive. Thanks. I had other printers before this one and they had issues with feeding labels correctly. The Aus printer is perfect for my needs
Unfortunately didn't go as expected, my order was apparently "lost" or forgotten, thus the shipment got delayed by a week after me contacting multiple times the customer service. The printer is great, but I found it hard to configure on Wifi mode. The settings panel is from another age.
Couldn’t get the Wi-Fi to connect, advised tech help, quick response time from them, advised that the printer was working well with usb only which suits my needs.
